DIRECTIONS TO THE REGENCY CLUB TENERIFE
BY AIR: Nearest airport: Reina Sofia, Tenerife South (19 kms). BY ROAD: From the
airport, take the left hand lane for TF1 Los Cristianos, follow motorway past Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Take exit
30 marked "Fañabe/Torviscas Alto". Continue up hill and take second right by telephone box and then first right, the resort is
then immediately on the right. Please, note that there is also an airport in the North of the Island, approximately 90 Kms from the
Resort.
FURTHER INFORMATION - ALL UNITS ARE ALLOCATED UPON ARRIVAL
There is a choice of studios for 2, 1 BR for 4 or 2 BR for 6, a well equipped kitchen with 3 rings and a heating plate, breakfast bar TV and
telephone. All have terraces, many with a sea view. All have piped video. Charges are levied for some activities. All units have
microwaves , hairdryers and irons/boards. Towels and sheets are provided mid week, also midweek clean. Beach towels availablefor
rent.Check in time is at 17:00 and check out is 10:00. Please, advise Resort about your arrival time at fax nº 34 922 713006.
Refundable security deposit of payable on arrival. Payment may be made by credit card or in local currency. Regency Resorts have
their own car rental service. Please contact the resort for more information.An age restriction is in force whereby at least one
member of the party must be at least 25 years of age. Refurbishment taking place on the resort during 2004/2005,some
noise and dust may be experienced.
RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES THE "1-IN-4" RULE WHEREBY MEMBERS CANNOT EXCHANGE INTO THE SAME RESORT MORE THAN ONCE EVERY FOUR
YEARS. HOWEVER THIS RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO MEMBERS WHO ARE OWNERS AT THE RESORT DEPOSIT OF 300 EUROS PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL.
