Regency Heights at Neptuno is located in the high ground area of Las Americas known as Torviscas. For those who enjoy lively nightlife it is only a short
distance down to Playa de las Americas where there is a wide selection of discos, bars, shops and restaurants. Nearby is the
Aquapark which will be enjoyed by all members of the family. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant

The Regency Heights has 100 apartments with designer furnishings. The apartments are spacious 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms units sleeping from 4 to 8
persons. The majority of the apartments have sea views, terraces, ceiling fans, barbecues, television and VCR, fully equipped
kitchens, microwaves, safe deposit boxes. telephone and hair dryers.
The swimming pool and pool terrace are perfect for sunbathing. The on-site pool bar and the restaurant serve excellent meals with
daily specials. The maid and maintenance service ensures for you an excellent care-free holiday. For the active holiday maker there

BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Reina Sofía, Tenerife South - 19 kms. BY ROAD: From the airport, take the left- hand marked TF1 - Los Cristianos. Follow
motorway past Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. Take exit 30 marked "Fañabe/Torviscas Alto" Continue up hill and take second
right by telephone box and then first right. The Regency Club is immediately on the right. THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO CHECK-IN.
Regency Heights at Neptuno is situated across the road and to the right of the Regency Club, in the Neptuno complex. Please note
that there is also an airport in the North of the island, approximately 90kms from the resort.

Units comprise of 1 bedroom units sleeping four with twin beds and a twin sofa bed,2 bedroom units sleeping 6, and 2 bedroom units sleeping 8
with 2 bathrooms. These larger 2 bedroom units are lock off units. All have full kitchens with four ring hobs oven, iron and
ironing boards, toaster and electric juice squeezer. units have microwave, hairdryers, bathroom scales, telephone and satellite TV.
No pets allowed. 24 hour reception at Regency Heights at Neptuno Towels and sheets provided mid-week also midweek clean. PLEASE NOTE ALL
