A change of pace is available to visitors at Club Calida at Mar Menor a real Spanish resort. The resort is situated
beside the shallow and warm waters of the Mar Menor Lagoon with 22km of beach which remains relatively uncrowded in
high seasons, ideal for swimming and windsurfing. The resort has a swimming pool which is closed in winter. The port of Cartagena, which
is over 2000 years old, is 50km away and offers a wealth of historical sights and buildings. There are an abundance of golf courses within 45
minute drive of the resort.

DIRECTIONS TO CLUB CALIDA AT MAR MENOR
BY AIR: San Javier 46km, Alicante 96km BY ROAD: From Alicante follow signs for Murcia A7/AP7. After 29km, take the A37 for Cartagena (toll road costs 2.4
Euros). Continue until you see signs for El Algar and Mar Menor. From Murcia airport (San Javier) follow signs for Cartagena until you reach
Mar Menor. Continue for 4km and go over a small hill (Monte Blanco Hill). The office reception is 100 yards before reaching the Repsol
Petrol Station, on the left of the dual carriageway. The reception is well signposted with a board 'Club Calida'
FURTHER INFORMATION - ALL UNITS ARE ALLOCATED UPON ARRIVAL
Resort consists of 2 bed units sleeping 6, and 3 bedroom units also sleeping 6. 2 bed units have twin and sofa beds, with full bathroom, 3bed units have
double and twin beds with two bathrooms. All units have satellite TV, fans, radiators, irons and full kitchens with fridge, electric hob,
oven, microwave, washing machine and toaster. Cots are available if requested in advance, as numbers are limited (free of charge). Change
of linen, towels and cleaning once a week. Key collection from: Club Calida office, Edificio Zambra ,11 local 3, Mar Menor Del Mar Menor
30370, Murcia. The resort is situated 13km from here. The restaurant and supermarket are open May-Sep. There are no facilities in immediate
area Oct-Apr. The nearest amenities are 13km away and are limited. Reception hrs: Mon-Fri 1000-1400 and 1630-2000, Sat 1000-2200, Sun
1000-1200. Please be aware there is no reception onsite and it is located 12km from the resort. No pets allowed at the resort. A public
telephone is available on-site. The resort does not accept credit cards. Maximum occupancy is strictly adhered to. A car is essential to
enjoy the area.
RST WILL NOT ACCEPT MORE PEOPLE THAN INDICATED IN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF THE UNIT. RST IS VERY QUIET IN LOW SEASON. A CAR IS MORE THAN
ESSENTIAL. RESORT IS NOT EXCLUSIVE FOR RCI USE AND THE MAJORITY OF THE UNITS ARE PRIVATLY OWNED.
